We have a "NO" return policy, which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS you can contact us at email@example.com. “FINAL SALE.” What this means, however, is that the customer does not have the right to return item/s if he/she doesn't like it or changes his/her mind. Items sent back to us is the customers responsibility. you will be responsible for getting those items reshipped back to you. Once order is placed if for any reason the item/s are not available a store credit will be issued, or you have the option to choose an item with the same value. Orders can only be store credited only we do not offer refunds. please read all guidelines before purchasing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving package No Execeptions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a store credit Please remember it can take some time for processing the final decision. This only applies once customer have been giving the okay to return item upon store request.
